Each year, we produce impact reports highlighting the work we have delivered over the last 12 months and the difference we have made.

Additional research undertaken in 2024 also outlines the significant social value that our pastoral care delivers to the railway community. Each pound of income we receive delivers £3.13 in social benefits, including stress management, peer support, coping skills and resilience.
